Among them, the projects with the highest number of units allowed to be put into operation are the U37, Z30M, and T30M apartment buildings, and the B1-CT02 plot of the Gia Lam urban area project, invested by SV Real Estate Investment and Business Development Joint Stock Company, with 1,894 high-rise units; followed by 1,758 high-rise units of the Z38.1, Z38M.1, Z38.2 apartment projects in the F5-CH03 plot, invested by Newlife Entertainment Service Trading Joint Stock Company.
The new urban area of Tay Mo – Dai Mo – Vinhomes Park by S-Vin Vietnam Real Estate Business Joint Stock Company (a project enterprise of Vinhomes (VHM)) has a total of 1,784 high-rise units allowed to be sold “on paper”.
