At the same time, it will focus on completing procedures to soon sign the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates (UAE); focus on ensuring the progress and negotiations to upgrade the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA), negotiate the ASEAN-Canada Free Trade Agreement (ACAFTA), and the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the EFTA bloc (including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) based on the principles of ensuring the highest national and ethnic interests according to the plan approved by the Prime Minister.
