The two companies have established a comprehensive strategic partnership, continuously implementing the Comprehensive Geriatric Care project and enhancing the professional competence of pharmacists. The special visit to FPT Long Chau Pharmacy by Boehringer Ingelheim has strengthened the relationship between the partners, providing a solid foundation for implementing business cooperation strategies, advanced professional training programs, and proper pharmaceutical counseling skills for pharmacists in the near future. By directly understanding the business model of the pharmacy chain, Boehringer Ingelheim representatives gained insights into the automated management process and logistics optimization, from inventory to sales, as well as smartphone-based invoicing through the RSA system at the pharmacy and post-purchase customer care processes that FPT Long Chau has implemented as part of its comprehensive digital transformation. This demonstrates FPT Long Chau’s strength in ensuring supply chain efficiency and meeting the treatment needs of the people.
