The final dividend of 2023 will have a rate of 16%, equivalent to shareholders owning 1 share receiving 1,600 dong. The ex-dividend date is 14/03 and the payment date is 03/04.
With over 12 million shares in circulation, DSN needs to spend over 19 billion dong to pay dividends. In the current shareholder structure, Phuthotourist Company (Phuthotourist, UPCoM: DSP) is the largest shareholder with a 33.54% ownership rate, estimated to receive nearly 6.5 billion dong.
Remember on January 12, DSN spent nearly 29 billion dong to advance dividends for 2023 at a rate of 24% (equivalent to the minimum rate approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023). Thus, DSN has completed the dividend plan for the past year with a total rate of 40%, equivalent to a total amount of over 48 billion dong. DSN is also known as a company listed on the stock exchange that maintains the “habit” of distributing annual dividends to shareholders.

Just achieved another record year of profit
In the fourth quarter of 2023, DSN achieved 25 billion dong in revenue, up 22% compared to the same period. The key factors affecting DSN’s results are financial revenue (up 28% to 14 billion dong) and financial costs (almost negligible, while the same period last year was 1.7 billion dong). Finally, DSN’s net profit reached 13 billion dong, up 46% compared to the fourth quarter of 2022.
The good result in the fourth quarter contributes to the company’s full-year achievement in 2023. The company ended 2023 with a revenue of 249 billion dong, a 7% increase; net profit reached nearly 113 billion dong, up 4%, also the highest profit level ever of the Company.
Compared to the plan approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023 and the recent adjustment plan, DSN exceeded 8% of the revenue target and nearly 15% of the post-tax profit plan.
