According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai province, in the last three years, due to low demand in the real estate market, changes in policies regarding commercial housing investment projects, and methods of determining land prices, the land auction of Dong Nai province has not met expectations.

To ensure the land auction plan for 2024, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will develop a plan and Gantt chart with specific tasks and timelines for each related unit. The Department of Construction will provide planning information, and the district-level People’s Committees will register land use plans, develop compact plans at a scale of 1/500. The Provincial Land Development Fund Center will be responsible for developing auction plans, selecting auction organizers, consulting firms to determine the starting prices, posting auction announcements, and organizing auctions.
