The ex-dividend date is March 11, with an expected payment date of March 21, 2024.
Electricity of Vietnam – Southern Power Corporation is currently the largest shareholder of SHP, with a ownership rate of 48.86%. Accordingly, Electricity of Vietnam – Southern Power Corporation may receive over VND 49 billion from this dividend payment. In addition, the other two major shareholders are REE Energy Corporation (a subsidiary of REE, with a ownership rate of 11.09%) and Dak R’tih Hydropower Joint Stock Company (with a ownership rate of 10.33%), who will receive approximately VND 11.2 billion and over VND 10.4 billion, respectively.
Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (HOSE: BTP) announces the dividend payment for 2023 in cash, sourced from undistributed after-tax profit, and remaining profit from previous years, with a rate of 26.47%. The ex-dividend date is March 14, and the expected payment date is March 29, 2024.
With the implementation rate of 26.47%, shareholders owning 1 share will receive VND 2,647. Currently, BTP has nearly 60.5 million shares in circulation, estimated the company needs to pay over VND 160 billion for this dividend payment, the highest payout of BTP since its listing at the end of 2009.
Dam Sen Water Park Joint Stock Company (Daseco, Code: DSN) is about to pay the final dividend for 2023 with a rate of 16%, equivalent to VND 1,600 per share. The ex-dividend date is March 14, and the payment date is April 3. With over 12 million shares in circulation, DSN needs over VND 19 billion to pay the dividend. In the current shareholder structure, Phu Tho Tourist Service Joint Stock Company (Phuthotourist, UPCoM: DSP) is the largest shareholder with a ownership rate of 33.54%, estimated to receive nearly VND 6.5 billion.
Nhon Trach 2 Power Joint Stock Company (Code: NT2) has just approved the temporary dividend payment for the 1st quarter of 2023 in cash. The ex-dividend date is March 14, 2024. The temporary dividend has a rate of 7%, equivalent to VND 700 per share. With nearly 288 million shares in circulation, NT2 needs to pay nearly VND 202 billion to complete the payment. The expected payment date is from March 29, 2024.
On March 15, HCMC Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII – HOSE) will finalize the dividend payment for the 2nd quarter of 2022 in cash with a rate of 4%, equivalent to receiving VND 400 per share. Accordingly, with over 318 million shares listed and in circulation, CII will have to pay over VND 127 billion to distribute dividends to existing shareholders. The ex-dividend date is March 14, and the expected payment date is April 1. Previously, at the beginning of January 2024, the company already made a temporary dividend payment for the 1st quarter of 2022 also in cash with a rate of 4%.
On March 18, Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ – HOSE) will finalize the list of shareholders attending the 2024 Annual General Meeting and make a temporary dividend payment for the 1st quarter of 2023. The company will distribute dividends in cash with a rate of 6%, equivalent to shareholders owning 1 share receiving VND 600. Accordingly, with over 334 million shares in circulation, PNJ will have to pay over VND 200 billion to distribute dividends to existing shareholders. The expected payment date is April 12.
