According to the Trade Magazine , The project is invested by a group of investors from Thailand and Australia, with the aim of producing and importing Lithium-based lubricants, heat-resistant grease, preservative grease, and oil greases for industrial equipment and machinery. This is the first plant in Vietnam to produce Lithium-based lubricants. The project has a total investment capital of $5.5 million (equivalent to 134.75 billion VND) from the first foreign direct investment (FDI) in Vietnam.
On March 8, at Phuoc Nam Industrial Zone, Thuan Nam district (Ninh Thuan province), the Lubricant Manufacturing Plant project was officially commenced by the investor, Top Solutions Joint Stock Company.

It is known that this is the first plant in Vietnam to produce Lithium-based lubricants using advanced oil production technology with modern equipment and high-performance lubricant production processes to meet diverse needs in various transport and industrial sectors.
The construction of the plant is undertaken by TNT Construction Design and Consulting Co., Ltd. as the main contractor, with a land area of 2.3 hectares and a production capacity of 9,500 tons per year divided into 2 phases. In which, phase 1 with a capacity of 5,000 tons per year will complete the construction works and equipment installation by the end of 2024, and is expected to be put into operation by early 2025. Phase 2 with a capacity of 4,500 tons per year is planned to be implemented immediately after phase 1 of the project is put into stable production and business operations.
