The export of coffee in Vietnam in the 2022-2023 crop (from October 2022 to September 2023) reached nearly 1.7 million tons, bringing in an export value of $4.1 billion. Looking at each type of exported coffee, it can be seen that the main type is still Robusta coffee with 1.49 million tons, valued at over $3.2 billion.
According to VICOFA (Vietnam Coffee – Cocoa Association), regarding the export of raw coffee, the top 5 companies leading in terms of export volume in the 2022-2023 coffee crop are Intimex HCM, Vinh Hiep, Simexco Daklak, Intimex My Phuoc, Louis Dreyfus Vietnam.
According to this, the top companies exporting raw coffee in Vietnam are Intimex Corporation under the chairmanship of Mr. Do Ha Nam as Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director, with an export volume of more than 148,500 tons, valued at over $318 million.

Intimex was established on the basis of the equitization of the Domestic Branch of Intimex Export Import Corporation in Ho Chi Minh City in 1995, under the Ministry of Industry and Trade. It officially operated from July 1, 2006. In 2011, the company changed its name to Intimex Corporation (Intimex Group).

Ambition to remain the leading soluble coffee exporter by 2026
Officially put into operation in December 2019, the Intimex soluble coffee plant is located in the Vietnam Singapore II-A Industrial Park (Binh Duong) and operates at 100% capacity of 4,000 tons of spray-dried coffee per year.
In 2022, Intimex’s revenue reached VND 53.6 trillion. In particular, the main product is the export of raw coffee with 410,000 tons, helping Intimex maintain its position as the world’s leading coffee exporter.

Intimex plans to invest in Phase 2 of the soluble coffee processing plant, increasing the total capacity to 8,000 tons per year. Intimex’s ambition is to reach 18,000 – 20,000 tons per year by 2026, becoming the leading soluble coffee exporter in Vietnam.
