On March 14, Dong A Auction Joint Stock Company announced that it will cooperate with the Ba Vi District People’s Committee to organize the auction of 12 parcels of public land with an area ranging from 1,148m2 to 110,746m2 for agricultural purposes. These land plots are managed by the Minh Quang Commune People’s Committee (Ba Vi District).
Accordingly, the auctioned land plots are located in Minh Quang commune, with an area from 1,148m2/plot to 110,745m2/plot, with a starting price ranging from 500 VND/m2 to 1,300 VND/m2.
Concrete road improvement in Minh Quang commune (Ba Vi District) provides favorable conditions for agriculture production.
The auctioned land will be used for aquaculture, perennial crop cultivation, and annual crop cultivation. The land will be leased through auction, and the land rental fee will be paid annually. The land use term is 5 years from the date of signing the land lease contract.
The auction company will accept applications from now until March 22, 2024. On March 23, the auction company will organize a site visit for customers to inspect the land.
The auction session will be held at 9:00 am on March 25 at the Meeting Hall of the Minh Quang Commune People’s Committee. Participants will bid by directly casting votes in multiple rounds for each land plot and publicly disclose the bid results on the spot based on the increasing bidding method.
Chuong My District auctions 44 adjacent land plots
In related news about land auctions, on March 23, the Chuong My District People’s Committee will organize the auction of the right to use 44 adjacent land plots with an area of over 13,000m2 in the resettlement project of Ho Van Son golf course (Hoang Van Thu commune, Chuong My District). The auction will be conducted by Bao Phong Auction Joint Stock Company.
The 44 land plots have areas ranging from 170m2 to 360m2/plot. Among them, there is one corner plot with an area of 706m2. The starting price ranges from 5.5 to 8 million VND/m2, depending on the location and area.
The auction will be conducted by secret ballots directly at the auction session, with a bidding increment of 100,000 VND/m2.
It is known that the auctioned area of the Ho Van Son golf course – Sky Lake golf course is located adjacent to the golf course area and has been invested in basic infrastructure by the Chuong My District People’s Committee, with convenient access roads.
