Vinhomes executives earn how much as the company achieves record-breaking revenue of over 100 trillion VND?

In 2023, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (VHM) recorded VND 103.334 trillion in net revenue, a growth of 66% compared to 2022. The consolidated net revenue, including revenue from Vinhomes’ activities, business cooperation contracts, and real estate transfers recognized as financial revenue, reached VND 121.400 trillion, an increase of 49% compared to 2022, mainly due to the handover of 9,800 low-rise real estate units at Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 and 3 projects.

After deducting expenses, the consolidated net profit after tax of the Company also exceeded the planned target for the year, reaching VND 33.300 trillion, an increase of 14% compared to the previous year.

With the above achievements, the remuneration for key personnel has also been increased. According to the audited financial statements, the total remuneration for the Board of Directors of the Company was nearly VND 17 billion. In which, the remuneration of Vinhomes Chairman, Mr. Pham Thieu Hoa, increased by 64% compared to last year, reaching VND 6.4 billion. Correspondingly, Mr. Hoa receives a monthly remuneration of VND 533 million.

The Board Members, including Ms. Nguyen Dieu Linh received over VND 3 billion, and Ms. Cao Thi Ha An received VND 971 million… This year, Ms. Nguyen Thu Hang received nearly VND 2.5 billion.

As usual, Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong – a member of the Board of Directors and foreign member, does not receive any remuneration.

The independent members of the Board of Directors also received remuneration ranging from VND 1-1.3 billion in the past year, an increase compared to 2022.

In addition to the Board of Directors’ remuneration, Ms. Nguyen Thu Hang also received an income of VND 13.9 billion for the position of General Director. Thus, her total income is VND 16.4 billion, equivalent to VND 1.37 billion per month.
