The Golden Key to Dak Lak Durian Trees
The practical experiences were once again shared and concluded at the NPK Ca Mau Technical Workshop on Polyphosphate Technology specializing in durian trees, held on April 23, 2024 in Buon Ma Thuot City. The large-scale program was attended by leading experts: Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Nam – Vice President of Tay Nguyen University; Mr. Nguyen Hac Hien – Director of the Department of Cultivation and Plant Protection of Dak Lak Province.
On behalf of Ca Mau Fertilizer, there were members of the Board of Directors: Mr. Le Duc Quang, Ms. Do Thi Hoa, Dr. Truong Hong; Dr. Le Hoang Kiet – Head of the New Product Development and Agricultural Services Solutions Project; along with the enthusiastic participation of 20 dealers in the Dak Lak and Dak Nong regions; 80 farmers specializing in durian trees in the province.
Durian trees in general, and the Dak Lak region in particular, have high economic value, but the cultivation and care are also extremely complex. In addition to standardized technical processes, the effective use of fertilizers is undeniable for achieving the best yield and quality.
The workshop once again met the expectations of farmers about the trio of nutritional solutions: quality – reasonable price – advanced technology. Opening up a new perspective on the cultivation methods of key economic trees in the very specific soil, climate, and weather conditions of the Central Highlands.
NPK Ca Mau inherits the existing advantages, adding polyphosphate technology for a high nitrogen content of over 20%, providing high effective nitrogen and phosphorus for plants. Produced on a modern urea liquefaction and production line licensed by Espindesa (Spain), this fertilizer has a fine, fast-dissolving texture, does not clump, and easily dissolves completely after application, leaving no residue.
DOUBLE VALUE IN PRODUCTIVITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT
The uniform characteristics and easy mixing will also help farmers actively provide appropriate nutrition according to each stage of the plant’s life, from seedlings, to maturity, to development, to fruit bearing and harvesting. The workshop shared practical experiences, the trees using NPK Ca Mau polyphosphate are more sturdy, have strong roots, good disease resistance, and a high rate of flowering and fruiting.
According to the experts, this NPK Ca Mau fertilizer line, along with the solutions shared by the experts in providing balanced nutrition, helps plants absorb nutrients effectively, especially micronutrients, contributing to reducing environmental pollution by reducing fertilizer loss. That is the green and sustainable development trend.
As durian trees are gradually becoming popular, people in the Central Highlands have access to the latest methods and techniques, useful research on the outstanding effects of fertilizers, bringing agricultural products to VietGap, GlobalGap standards, increasing the value of durian fruits and profits for farmers.
Through the workshop, Ca Mau Fertilizer also had the opportunity to gather feedback, listen to the sharing and concerns of the farmers. The difficulties of farmers in the practical application of techniques and solutions are being researched by the company to supplement and improve.
Such programs have helped spread the successful model from technological fertilizers combined with advanced techniques.
