On the afternoon of April 26, the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province organized a Conference to launch the 30-day and night campaign to carry out the work of compensation and site clearance for key projects in the area.
Acting Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee Vo Tan Duc said that in February 2024, Dong Nai province welcomed Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to visit and inspect the progress of key national projects in the area.

The spirit set out is “only discuss work, no retreat”; “eat to seize opportunities, sleep urgently”; ‘construct in 3 shifts, 4 teams”, ‘work through holidays, Tet, and days off” to ensure the progress and quality of the works. The Prime Minister has set the deadline for handing over the entire Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway Project before June 30.
Recently, in mid-April 2024, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh directed the launch of a 30-day and night commitment to carry out compensation and site clearance for 3 key projects: Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway Project, Ven Cai River Road Project, and Bien Hoa City Central Spine Road Project.

At the conference, representatives of the units signed a competitive agreement to carry out the 30-day and night campaign to carry out the work of compensation and site clearance for key projects in the province’s area.
The 30-day and night time to carry out the plan is from April 26 to May 26.
For the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway Project, before June 30, the compensation and land recovery plan must be approved, and the site must be handed over to the investor.
For the Ven Cai River Road Project, urgently complete the survey of land, houses, and constructions on land of 82 dossiers; publicly post 60 dossiers; approve the compensation and support plan for the relocation of 661 tombs; and mobilize the handover of the site for the construction of 3 bridge piers.
As for the Bien Hoa City Central Spine Road Project, urgently clear the site to have the site on both sides of the bridgehead for the construction unit to build Thong Nhat bridge; clear the site of 4 households at the bridgehead on the side of Thong Nhat ward to make way for the construction of the bridge.
