According to the recorded clip, the two foreign female tourists reacted strongly and demanded that the street vendor return their money because the price was too high but the vendor refused to return it.
Regarding the incident, the People’s Committee of Hàng Đào ward, Hoàn Kiếm district, said that as soon as they received the information, the People’s Committee of the ward urgently clarified the matter.
Through the verification of the Hàng Đào ward police, it was found that the female street vendor was not from the area. The ward police are continuing to search for the female street vendor to clarify the incident and handle it in accordance with legal regulations.
