According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, tourism is a comprehensive economic sector. International visitors to Vietnam are not only interested in pure tourism but also in meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) tourism, healthcare, and sports. Therefore, in addition to meeting basic needs such as food, accommodation, and transportation, the industry needs to develop more diverse products and services to stimulate visitors’ spending. The tourism industry is currently collaborating with other industries such as agriculture and industry to find ways to create products that increase visitor spending and shopping.
