The THAIFEX – Anuga Asia trade fair is organized annually by Koelnmesse, the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), and the Thailand Chamber of Commerce (TCC). Every year, THAIFEX attracts a large number of exhibiting companies, organizations, traders, and buyers from all over the world.

This year, with over 3,200 exhibiting companies from 45 countries and regions, THAIFEX 2024 promises to be the biggest and busiest edition yet.

Notably, this year’s show will feature exhibitors from several first-time participating countries, including Canada, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Macau, Monaco, North Macedonia, Romania, Uruguay, and Yemen. This will further enhance opportunities for business connections, collaborations, and networking, and diversify the range of products showcased at THAIFEX 2024.

Over 160 Vietnamese exhibiting companies will be present at THAIFEX this year to promote and introduce their food and beverage products to buyers and importers from countries visiting the fair, as well as to seek international business and investment partners.

THAIFEX – Anuga Asia continues to affirm its position as the leading F&B trade fair in the region. Mr. Mathias Kuepper, Managing Director and Vice President of Koelnmesse in Asia Pacific, said that this year’s THAIFEX – Anuga Asia is an unprecedented event.

Following a record-breaking 2023, the fair’s 2024 edition saw its exhibition space fully booked as early as January 2024 – five months before the fair’s opening – marking the fastest booth allocation record in THAIFEX’s 20-year history.

Recognizing the fair’s importance and the benefits it brings to the U.S. food and beverage industry, Ms. Kelly Stange, the USDA’s Regional Agricultural Attaché, confirmed sponsorship for THAIFEX – Anuga Asia from 2025 onwards. “Looking ahead, we are pleased to become an official supporting organization for the event starting in 2025, as it plays a critical role in bringing U.S. agriculture and culinary excellence to Southeast Asia,” said Ms. Stange.

THAIFEX – Anuga Asia will feature 11 halls showcasing different product groups including Coffee & Tea, Drinks, Fine Food, Food Service, FoodTech, Frozen Food, Fruits & Vegetables, Meat, Rice, Seafood, Sweets & Snacks. There will also be 6 themed pavilions and 11 highlighted market trends, facilitating opportunities for global exhibitors and buyers to explore business enhancement strategies within the food and beverage sector.

Besides networking, participants can gain insights into consumer trends, market preferences, and industry outlooks, facilitating their future growth within the food and beverage sector.
