In 2021, to commemorate its 27th anniversary, SeABank officially announced the song “Kết tay đan yêu thương” as its traditional song. The bank aims to spread the beautiful cultural values it has built throughout its formation and development journey. This culture of connection is based on the foundation of five core values: Community-oriented, Always Transparent, Shared Vision, Thirst for Aspiration, and Lasting Resilience.

Notably, SeABank is a pioneer in developing specialized products and services exclusively for women: the international credit card SeALady, a product that accompanies female entrepreneurs, and the loan product for members of the Vietnamese Women’s Union (SeAWomen). Over 30 years of persistently connecting life values, SeABank has spread positive values by combining business with social responsibility, thereby connecting customers to the community. For every transaction of 1 million VND or more made by SeALady Cashback cardholders, SeABank contributes 2,000 VND to the “Ngày mai tươi sáng” fund to support breast cancer patients. So far, the bank has contributed over 3 billion VND, helping many female patients successfully undergo surgery and return to their families after prolonged treatment.

Connecting Love – Uniting the Community

Programs such as “Xuân Yêu thương,” “SeABanker Vì trẻ thơ,” “Tuần lễ công dân,” and “SeAGreen” have become annual traditions that shape the unique culture of SeABank.

As a bank with a strong focus on corporate culture, SeABank is dedicated to developing a culture of helping and supporting those less fortunate in society.

Over the years, the bank has proactively engaged in various social welfare activities, including supporting patients in difficult circumstances, granting scholarships, donating houses to the needy, building solidarity houses, organizing blood donation drives, raising funds for the poor, and contributing to the fight against COVID-19. SeABank has a special interest in education and has established the “Quỹ Ươm mầm Ước mơ” scholarship fund in 2015 to support academically excellent students from underprivileged backgrounds nationwide. To date, the fund has supported over 200 students with a total value of nearly VND 10.6 billion. Notably, with the fund’s multi-year support, 40 academically gifted students from low-income families have successfully graduated from high school and continued their higher education.

In December 2023, SeABank presented 3 hectares of teak and keo lai mo trees to support forest protection and sustainable development in Thanh Hoa province.

As thousands of employees joyfully celebrate the bank’s 30th anniversary (March 24, 1994 – March 24, 2024), the lyrics of “Kết tay đan yêu thương” resonate once more. In harmony with the melody, the culture of Connection that SeABank has nurtured for 30 years will continue to be promoted and spread, serving as a guiding principle for the bank’s activities in the years to come and beyond.
