In June 2024 alone, seven businesses in the garment industry in Ha Tinh province registered a demand for hiring more than 3,600 unskilled workers in the province.

However, despite offering attractive salaries and welfare policies, many businesses still faced challenges in recruiting workers. To address this issue, in the coming time, Ha Tinh will focus on organizing more direct and online job fairs to connect the supply and demand for labor. They will also disseminate enterprise recruitment information to local communities to reach a wider audience. Additionally, they will continue to survey, collect data, and build a database of job-seeking individuals to connect them with businesses that have labor demands. They will also facilitate enterprises in recruiting labor that aligns with their production and business conditions.
