The Hanoi authorities have unveiled plans to develop two new urban areas in Thanh Tri district. The projects include the C3-1 new urban area in Dai Ang commune, with an investment of VND 4,463 billion, and the Lien Ninh new urban area in Lien Ninh commune, costing approximately VND 1,122.7 billion.

The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a decision approving the preliminary requirements for the qualifications and experience of investors registering to implement the investment project for the construction of the new C3-1 urban area in Dai Ang commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi.

Accordingly, the total land area under the plan is 274,265 sq m, of which the area of works that investors are responsible for studying to renovate, connect and synchronize technical infrastructure and local social infrastructure is about 56,756.48 sq m.

The area of ​​works under the project is about 217,508.73 sq m, including works such as new houses (twin-detached villas, single-detached villas, commercial apartments, social houses…). The expected population scale of the urban area is about 6,759 people.

The preliminary total project implementation cost is estimated at VND 4,463 billion (excluding compensation, support, resettlement costs; land use fees, land rent). In addition, compensation, support, and resettlement costs are about VND 204.5 billion.

The project has a term of 50 years, counted from the date the investor is decided to be allocated land or leased land.

Project implementation schedule: 2023 – 2029.

The project implementation location is at the planned land plot, coded C3-1, located in Dai Ang commune, Thanh Tri district.

The Hanoi People’s Committee has also approved the preliminary requirements for the qualifications and experience of investors registering to implement the investment project for the construction of the new Lien Ninh urban area, Lien Ninh commune, Thanh Tri district.

Accordingly, the total planned land area is about 300,975 sq m. The land use scale of the project is about 276,934.5 sq m, including land for greenery, public land, school construction land, land for traffic works… with a population scale of about 4,500 people.

The preliminary total project implementation cost is about VND 1,122.7 billion. In addition, compensation, support, and resettlement costs are about 250.1 billion VND.

The project has a term of 50 years, counted from the date the investor is decided to be allocated land or leased land.

The project will be implemented in the period 2023 – 2028 in Lien Ninh, Ngoc Hoi, and Tu Hiep communes, Thanh Tri district.

In the above decisions, the Hanoi People’s Committee also requested to clarify the capacity and experience of the investor. Investors prepare dossiers according to regulations and submit them through the National Bidding Network System within the notified time limit.
