The Ultimate Seaside Attraction: Binh Dinh’s $300 Billion Vision for a Vibrant Nighttime Economy

The proposed project for entertainment services in the Xuan Dieu street area of Quy Nhon City is an initiative by the People’s Committee of Quy Nhon City and the Department of Construction. This project aims to develop the night-time economy in Quy Nhon.

Named Galina Quy Nhon Beach Park, this project covers an area of approximately 11,100 square meters. Of this, 4,600 square meters is dedicated to an elevated park with green spaces, entertainment, luxury shopping, beer clubs, and light shows. The remaining area consists of two underground floors for various entertainment options. The first floor, approximately 4,500 square meters, will feature a pub club, a multi-purpose club, restaurants, cinemas, and spas. The mezzanine level, around 2,000 square meters, will offer a spa massage and pub club, with a basement depth of about 6.5 meters.

The project’s location in front of the park ensures that it adheres to community-oriented principles and functions. The park will remain open and accessible to the public, with no barriers or entry fees, and the project will not hinder the movement or recreational activities of local residents. Once completed, the operating hours for these entertainment offerings will be from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM the following day, excluding conditional business types.

Currently, the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh province has assigned the Department of Construction to review and guide the People’s Committee of Quy Nhon City in implementing the necessary procedures and documents according to regulations.
