According to the report, in 2021, a woman named Mrs. T, from Tam Diep, Ninh Binh, purchased 10 land lots from Hung Thinh Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company (Hung Thinh Company), where Dang Viet Cuong served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The land lots were located in a new urban area project in the south of Thanh Hoa city, and Mrs. T paid over VND 1.5 billion for them.

Verification in Thanh Hoa province revealed that the company does not own the real estate properties in the aforementioned project, and the project has not been officially offered for sale as per legal regulations.

Dang Viet Cuong’s current whereabouts are unknown. To facilitate the investigation, the Nam Tu Liem district police have decided to search for the Chairman of Hung Thinh Company. Anyone with information about Dang Viet Cuong is requested to immediately contact the Nam Tu Liem district police (Officer in charge: Mr. Nghiem Van Ngoc – Phone number: 0986.830.216), the nearest police station, or provide information through the Facebook page of the Hanoi Police to coordinate in resolving the case in accordance with the law.
