The SGR Subsidiary: Official Investors of Saigon An Phu Project

On November 13, 2020, the People’s Committee of Binh Duong province approved the detailed planning plan at a ratio of 1/500 for Saigon An Phu housing project, Tan Phuoc Khanh 09 street, Tan Phuoc Khanh ward, Tan Uyen town (now Tan Uyen city).

According to the 2024 land use plan of Tan Uyen city, the Saigon An Phu project has a document appraised by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, which is not subject to Decree 148/2020/ND-CP because the company’s land is non-agricultural production land (SKC land).

The project is located on Binh Chuan 62 street, near major roads such as Binh Duong Avenue (National Highway 13), My Phuoc – Tan Van road, and DT 743 road.

Saigon An Phu covers an area of over 10,353m2 and is developed into a contiguous housing area with infrastructure and technical systems. The project is designed with a scale of 66 townhouses and shophouses with an area of 80m2 each, accommodating a projected population of 264 people. The construction density is 55%, and the green space is 45%. The total expected investment is VND 68 billion.

Project perspective

Saigon Trading Real Estate Business Co., Ltd. has a charter capital of VND 60 billion and is 100% owned by SGR. Ms. Tran Thi Ga – Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of SGR – acts as Director and legal representative of this subsidiary. In 2023, Saigonres Trading had total assets of VND 116 billion and after-tax profit of over VND 1.3 billion.

In the first six months of this year, SGR is estimated to have achieved revenue of VND 86.2 billion, pre-tax profit of VND 2.2 billion, and total investment of over VND 52 billion.
