Becamex Tokyu is a renowned Japanese developer with a strong track record of building urban areas in Binh Duong New City, located in southern Binh Duong province in Vietnam. Over the past 12 years, they have successfully developed condominium projects such as SORA Gardens I and II, The VIEW, MIDORI PARK, as well as other projects including the Hikari Commercial Area and the SORA Gardens Shopping Center.

Despite the challenging economic conditions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and the cooling real estate market, Becamex Tokyu has demonstrated its financial strength as a joint venture between Becamex IDC Corporation and the Tokyu Group. They have consistently launched condominium projects in various segments, which have gained significant market interest. For instance, the Topping Off of The GLORY project, comprising 1,000 apartments, is set to be handed over in 2024.

Continuing their success, a groundbreaking ceremony for the MIDORI PARK The TEN project took place on January 12 in Binh Duong New City, marking their entrance into the first-class condominium market. Situated in the heart of the New City, within the 63-hectare MIDORI PARK, the project is expected to be completed by 2025. With 56% of the development devoted to green areas and water surfaces, MIDORI PARK The TEN aims to offer sustainable living values, prioritizing the use of materials that maintain their “natural properties”, a first of its kind in Vietnam.

The design of MIDORI PARK The TEN features exceptional ceilings up to 3.5 meters high, boasting a glass coverage density of over 70%. Additionally, the project utilizes Low-E (Low Emissivity) insulating glass, effectively blocking outside heat from entering the apartments. This innovation allows for temperature regulation within the units, making The TEN the first project in the southern region of Vietnam to adopt this glass system.

Notably, the developer has incorporated the first Japanese-standard hot bath Onsen in the public utility area exclusively for The TEN residents. This facility represents a unique offering in luxury condominium projects in Binh Duong. In addition, The TEN sets itself apart by limiting the number of apartments to just 300 across ten floors, each boasting a distinctive design to reflect the owner’s individuality.

The TEN aims to establish a new standard of living, complementing the TOKYU Garden City ecosystem which encompasses seven key environmental factors: education, work, transportation, healthcare, culture and entertainment, information and communication technologies (ICT), and nature. Binh Du
