This follows an equally remarkable performance in Q4 2023, where the company reported after-tax profits of VND 363 billion, a 279-fold increase compared to Q4 2022.

The company attributed the extraordinary profits in Q4 2023 to the successful launch of the Bãi Muối urban area project in Cao Thắng, Ha Khanh, and Ha Lam in Ha Long city. The company recognized revenue from the sale of a portion of the project for which full payment had been received.

TCBS, a prominent business, witnessed a significant surge in its Q2 performance, with a 106% increase in operational revenue, resulting in a 193% year-on-year growth in after-tax profits, reaching nearly VND 1,300 billion.

Son A Dong, a leading paint manufacturer, continued its impressive growth trajectory with the fourth consecutive quarter of growth. In Q2 2024, the company recorded after-tax profits of nearly VND 28 billion, reflecting a significant 336% increase compared to the previous year.

KSV reported impressive financial results, with after-tax profits for the parent company reaching nearly VND 494 billion. This marks a significant turnaround from the previous year, where the company recorded losses of VND 25 billion in the same period. This quarter’s performance is also the highest profit ever recorded by the company in a single quarter.

FPT, a leading technology company, maintained its consistent growth trajectory, reporting a 20% increase in profits for the quarter.
