The Taseco Land company has embarked on an ambitious project with its investment in the construction and business of infrastructure at the Dong Van 3 Industrial Park in Ha Nam province. Spanning 223 hectares and with a total investment of over VND 2,300 billion, the project is located in the wards of Yen Bac, Tien Noi, and Hoa Mac and the communes of Tien Ngoai and Yen Nam in Duy Tien town.
On November 29, 2023, Taseco Land was granted an investment registration certificate for the project, which is located east of the Cau Gie-Ninh Binh expressway. The company has since obtained the necessary permits and completed most of the land clearance, acquiring over 200 hectares of the required 223 hectares. The Ha Nam People’s Committee has handed over the first phase of land, amounting to 128.05 hectares.
Immediately following the groundbreaking ceremony, the company will commence technical infrastructure construction and plans to hand over approximately 100 hectares of land in the first phase to investors for factory construction in the first quarter of 2025. The second and third phases are expected to be completed and handed over to investors by the end of 2025.
In terms of financial resources, in addition to its own capital, Taseco Land has secured loans from BIDV and Vietinbank. At the groundbreaking ceremony, Taseco Land also signed agreements with two prominent partners: Sojitz Corporation from Japan and Indochina Capital Land from the United States. These two leading global industrial real estate brands ensure a high occupancy rate and attract international investors to Dong Van 3 Industrial Park in the shortest time possible.
