On August 5, 2024, T&T Hospitality, a member of the T&T Group Corporation, signed a management agreement with Hilton, bringing the world-renowned hotel brand to three prominent projects in An Giang, Dong Thap, and Vinh Long provinces, officially introducing Hilton to the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam.
Hilton will manage and operate three premium hotel projects of T&T Group, including DoubleTree by Hilton Long Xuyen in An Giang, DoubleTree by Hilton Sa Dec in Dong Thap, and Hilton Garden Inn Vinh Long in Vinh Long.
Notably, to offer premium, quality, unique, and impressive products to the market and travelers, Hilton will collaborate with T&T Hospitality throughout the entire process, from concept development to design, engineering, and landscaping, to ensure the hotels meet the strict criteria and standards of the DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn international brands. The construction of DoubleTree by Hilton Sa Dec commenced in Q2 2024, while the other two projects are expected to break ground in Q4 2024.
Sharing his thoughts on the partnership with Hilton, a hotel brand with a history of over a century, Mr. Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of T&T Group and Chairman of T&T Hospitality, emphasized the advantages of the projects’ prime locations, modern architecture, large scale, and diverse integrated utilities. He added that with Hilton’s reputation and experience in managing and operating thousands of hotels worldwide, the three new hotels of T&T Group are expected to create a new attraction in the Mekong Delta region, offering international-standard accommodations and experiences infused with local cultural charm, in line with T&T Group’s vision of “Global Essence, Vietnamese Spirit.”

DoubleTree by Hilton Long Xuyen, located in the heart of Long Xuyen city in An Giang province, is part of a mixed-use residential, commercial, and service complex, a prominent real estate project of T&T Group in the Mekong Delta. The 20-story hotel features 240 elegant rooms, 5-star facilities, and international-standard services associated with the DoubleTree by Hilton brand. The hotel’s architecture draws inspiration from local culture, with its design resembling the famous Mount Sam (Thien Cam Son) in An Giang and incorporating green features symbolic of the Western Mekong region’s garden culture.

The 5-star DoubleTree by Hilton Sa Dec is located in the T&T Group’s commercial and residential center project in Sa Dec city, Dong Thap province. With 25 stories and a height of 100 meters, it will be the tallest building in the city and a new symbol of prosperity and vibrancy. In addition to 360 modern rooms, the hotel will offer guests impressive accommodations and experiences with a range of international-standard facilities and the refined, hospitable service that is characteristic of the Hilton brand.
Hilton Garden Inn Vinh Long, a premium hotel in the Phuoc Tho 1, 2 residential project in Vinh Long city, is T&T Group’s first real estate project in the Mekong Delta.
