VinClub is Vingroup’s exclusive program for its customers, replacing all previous loyalty programs within the corporation and its ecosystem companies. Customers who make transactions at VinFast, Vinhomes, Vinpearl, Vinschool, Vinmec, and GSM all have the opportunity to become VinClub members.
VinClub consists of three main card tiers: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, each offering unprecedented financial benefits. Each membership tier will enjoy direct discounts on products and services, as well as VPoint accumulation (where 1 VPoint is equivalent to 1,000 VND). Specifically, the total benefits for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members when purchasing and using VinFast services are 1%, 2%, and 3%, respectively; up to 1%, 1.3%, and 1.7% for Vinhomes (depending on the project group); 3%, 4%, and 5% for Vinpearl; 2%, 3%, and 4% for Vinschool (applicable from the 2025-2026 academic year); 2%, 4%, and 6% at Vinmec; and 3%, 4.5%, and 6% for GSM.
Customers can use their VPoints indefinitely to purchase vouchers and apply discounts on orders. In the future, VPoints can also be used for gifting between members, providing maximum flexibility and benefit to customers.

As of its launch on August 8, 2024, VinClub determines membership tiers based on customers’ historical transaction data with each member company.
