The Unknown Business Empire of the ‘Pageant Queen’ from Sen Vang.

A well-known figure in the entertainment industry, entrepreneur Pham Kim Dung boasts an impressive portfolio of companies operating in the fields of media and arts. These include Sen Vang Commercial Advertising Joint Stock Company (formerly Sen Vang Commercial Advertising Limited Company), which specializes in media strategy consulting, TV program production, and event organization; PGM Company, which focuses on content for telecommunications networks; Mai Vang Film Production Company; Nang Vang Talent Management and Entertainment Company; and Sen Vang Entertainment Company, which is responsible for sending Vietnamese beauties to international pageants.

Dubbed the “godmother” of Vietnam’s top beauty pageants, Ms. Dung’s success extends beyond the glamour of the stage. Her “Sen Vang” ecosystem encompasses a diverse range of businesses, including event organization, game shows, films/TV shows, radio, and loudspeaker broadcasting.

What some may not know is that this entertainment mogul has also ventured into the real estate sector through Sen Vang Holdings Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Sen Vang Holdings). Established in May 2021 with a charter capital of 20 billion VND, the company’s founding shareholders include Mr. Do Dan Duy (30%), Ms. Pham Kim Dung (40%), and Mr. Tran Dang Khoa (30%). Currently, Ms. Dung serves as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and legal representative of Sen Vang Holdings.

Featured on the Sen Vang Holdings website is the Sen Vang Town project, the first location in the region to introduce the “open commercial street” model. Comprising 37 shophouses built with a unique architectural design, Sen Vang Town offers a blend of business and residential spaces, along with a host of shopping, dining, relaxation, and financial services.

Strategically located on Quach Dieu Street in Vinh Loc A, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Sen Vang Town is positioned in an economic hub dubbed the “billion-dollar nucleus” of the city’s real estate market.

Notably, Sen Vang Holdings has also engaged prominent figures from the entertainment industry, including Miss Ha Kieu Anh and director Hoang Nhat Nam, as brand ambassadors for the project.
