Prior to this, SeAMobile Biz was also recognized by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA) as an excellent product of Vietnam’s software and IT industry, receiving the Sao Khue Award 2024.
The Vietnam Outstanding Banking Awards 2024 (VOBA) is an annual event organized for the past 13 years by the International Data Group (IDG) in collaboration with the Vietnam Banks Association (VNBA). The awards hold credibility in the business community as the winning products and services are trusted by both financial and banking professionals and customers alike.
The VOBA awards are based on stringent criteria and evaluated impartially by experts from government agencies, ministries, and associations in the financial and banking sectors. The judging panel acknowledged SeABank’s corporate mobile banking application, SeAMobile Biz, for its high score in the following criteria: innovation, high applicability, cost-effectiveness for businesses, increased labor productivity, and reduced operational costs while ensuring efficient operations. This ultimately contributes to enhanced business performance for enterprises and the bank itself. Moreover, the product is recognized for its potential for future development.
Launched in 2022, the SeAMobile Biz app empowers enterprises to conduct financial transactions on mobile devices with an internet connection anytime, anywhere, without visiting the bank’s branches. Notably, corporate customers are exempt from service and money transfer fees on SeAMobile Biz, resulting in cost savings and improved operational efficiency. The app also serves as a data repository, providing businesses with quick access to market exchange rates and interest rates and facilitating foreign currency transactions and international money transfers.
By integrating Soft OTP into a single platform, SeAMobile Biz has shortened transaction time and enhanced security compared to the previous method of receiving authentication codes through a separate Soft OTP application.
In the two years since its launch, SeAMobile Biz has witnessed remarkable growth in transaction volume and value in 2023 compared to 2022, with a 168% increase in the number of transactions and a 94% rise in transaction value. The proportion of transactions conducted through SeAMobile Biz out of the total electronic banking transactions at SeABank has consistently increased over the years. This validates the effectiveness of SeABank’s “Digital Convergence” strategy, which has maximized value for both customers and the bank.
Prior to this award, SeAMobile Biz was also recognized by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA) as an outstanding product of Vietnam’s software and IT industry, receiving the Sao Khue Award 2024. This accolade fuels SeABank’s determination to continue driving breakthroughs and accelerating digitization in its business processes, products, and services to enhance customer experience and work towards becoming the most beloved retail bank.
