The HR Asia Best Companies To Work For In Asia Awards, or ‘Best Workplace in Asia 2024’, is an esteemed annual award organized by HR Asia, the leading HR magazine in Asia. The awards have gained the trust of businesses across 16 countries and markets in the Asian region. This year witnessed a significant increase in the number of participating enterprises, with 704 companies nominated and 53,250 employees surveyed. The survey provided a comprehensive overview of the current employment landscape in Vietnam.

With the theme “The Definitive Z Choice – Embracing the New Era with Gen Z”, the winning enterprises this year reflected on the challenges and opportunities presented by the growing Gen Z workforce, creating a diverse and multi-generational workplace. These companies not only demonstrated excellence in attracting and retaining young talent but also fostered a corporate culture that values diversity, collaboration, and continuous innovation, setting an example for other businesses in the industry.

Huawei Vietnam was recognized as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024” after undergoing a rigorous employee survey and interview process by the organizers. This acknowledgment highlights Huawei Vietnam’s efforts in talent recruitment, training, and retention, as well as its development of competitive compensation packages and an attractive work environment for its employees.
