According to the list, BRVT will auction land-use rights for nine plots of land with a total area of over 1,025,444 square meters. Vung Tau city accounts for five of these plots, including the former Du Lich (Tourism) Market, spanning over 2.9 hectares, which will be redeveloped into a premium commercial, service, and tourism complex.

The impressive 13.8-hectare site at Mui Nghinh Phong will become a tourism, entertainment, and resort destination. Additionally, a 4-hectare plot in Ward 11, previously owned by Vung Tau International Medical Initiative Co., Ltd., will be transformed into a hospital facility.

The 76.7-hectare site, known as the 3/2 Urban Area, will be a premium tourism and resort hub, integrating eco-tourism with mixed-use development. It will boast high-end commercial and entertainment centers and upscale residential areas. Meanwhile, the 1.4-hectare “Tom Cang Xanh” site will be designated for commercial and service purposes.

In Phu My town, a 1.7-hectare plot will be auctioned for the construction of Phu My Ward Hospital, spanning nearly 1.8 hectares. Long Dien district will also see the auction of three plots: a 0.68-hectare site reclaimed from Thanh Chi JSC, measuring 6,700 square meters and earmarked for tourism development; a 0.71-hectare site, formerly a Long Hai seafood warehouse, covering nearly 4,800 square meters and designated for commercial and tourism purposes; and a 1.12-hectare plot, previously owned by Mía Đường II General Corporation, spanning 6,800 square meters and planned for commercial and service use.

October Construction of Biên Hòa – Vũng Tàu Expressway Begins

The Project Manager of the Transportation Department in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province stated that as of now, three localities where the Biên Hòa – Vung Tàu expressway project passes through, namely Vung Tau city, Long Dien district, and Ba Ria city, have completed the task of surveying and assessing the land, houses, and other assets affected and damaged by the project.
