The Senique Hanoi, a 2.1-hectare development located in the eastern part of Hanoi, Vietnam, is the result of a collaboration between CLD and two Japanese partners, Mitsubishi Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development.
According to CLD, the project comprises approximately 2,150 apartments across three 37-story towers, developed in two phases. Customers can choose from a range of apartment types, including one-bedroom units measuring 42 square meters to four-bedroom units spanning 186 square meters. The project also features duplex and penthouse apartments ranging from 118 to 430 square meters.
CLD’s previous project, Lumi Hanoi, located in the western part of Hanoi, also garnered market attention. The first two phases of Lumi Hanoi have been released for sale. “We are preparing for the exclusive launch event for phase 3… which is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of this year,” said Alwin Low, CLD’s Regional Director for the North.
CLD representatives shared that the company continues to seek long-term investment opportunities, focusing on its portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
Construction of The Senique Hanoi is slated to commence in the third quarter of 2024, with completion expected in 2027.
Vietnam is one of CLD’s core markets, with a 30-year presence in the country. The real estate developer’s investment portfolio in Vietnam includes one SOHO project – a product line that combines office and living spaces, along with two mixed-use projects, and approximately 18,000 apartments across 18 residential projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
