With a strong investment in research and development, TCGT has successfully designed and manufactured modern 6+1 RTG cranes that meet stringent international standards.
Established in 2018, TCGT has always aimed to become a leading unit in the production of port equipment. Through a thorough research and preparation process, the company officially started the project to build new RTG cranes in 2022.
By 2024, TCGT had completed and successfully handed over the first 03 RTG cranes to the Saigon New Port Corporation. These products have been put into operation at the Cat Lai and Hiep Phuoc ports, contributing to improving operational efficiency and productivity.
Outstanding advantages of RTG cranes manufactured by TCGT:
High efficiency: Equipped with a modern control system and powerful engine, TCGT’s RTG cranes ensure fast lifting and moving speeds, optimizing the workflow and meeting the high demand for exploitation at Cat Lai Port.
Equipped with a synchronous drive system and modern electrical controls supplied by domestic and foreign equipment manufacturers such as Siemens, Flender, Stinis, and Bromma.
High durability: The sturdy steel structure, manufactured to international standards, ensures a long lifespan and stable operation in all weather conditions.
Ability to stack containers in multiple tiers with a height of 6 stacked containers and 1 tier of running containers, optimizing storage space.
The application of intelligent control algorithms integrated into the PLC can help reduce downtime, save energy, and increase the lifespan of the equipment. In addition, the PLC program allows for precise and synchronized control of the RTG crane’s movements, optimizing work efficiency and improving cargo handling productivity.
Safety: The multi-layered safety system helps protect operators and cargo, minimizing the risk of accidents.
Safety is a top priority in the design of the RTG crane.
With a modern sensor system from renowned brands such as IFM and Ormon, and multi-layered protection features, TCGT’s RTG cranes ensure absolute safety for operators and cargo.
