Lindo, a familiar and popular member of the Quang Linh Vlog team, has captured the attention of many netizens with his fluent Vietnamese and passion for cooking. Lindo and his wife recently opened a restaurant in Angola, primarily serving lunch to customers. Their menu offers a delightful blend of familiar Angolan dishes and delectable Vietnamese cuisine.
Despite its simplicity, with only three basic plastic chair sets, the restaurant has been bustling with customers since its opening just two weeks ago. Lindo shared that their menu usually consists of three dishes that change daily, priced affordably at 400 Kz (approximately 11,000 VND). In addition to the main courses of rice and corn flour, Lindo also prepares Vietnamese dishes that he has either enjoyed or learned to cook.

Lindo carefully writes down the dishes on a board placed outside the restaurant before opening.
Lindo’s Restaurant and Beverage Business Flourishes with Increasing Popularity

Lindo’s restaurant has been bustling with customers since its recent opening.
Many people are delighted to see Lindo preparing dishes such as garlic sautéed vegetables, celery beef stir-fry, fried chicken with fish sauce, and fried sweet potato cake…
Among the offerings, a familiar beverage from Vietnam has become a hit, earning Lindo a small fortune. It is none other than sugarcane juice.
“Today, I’m also selling sugarcane juice, everyone. This drink is even more delicious when served with ice on a hot sunny day. Watch me make it,” Lindo introduces his sugarcane juicer machine placed right in front of the restaurant. Each cup of sugarcane juice is sold at 150kz (equivalent to more than 4,000 VND).
Facing the novelty of the sugarcane juicer and the drink itself for many Angolan locals, Lindo cheerfully explains the process of juicing sugarcane and how to enjoy this delicious beverage.
“After juicing the sugarcane, we just need to add ice to the cup and pour in the juice. Don’t forget to add a slice of lemon for a tangy and fragrant touch,” Lindo shares with his customers.

Each cup of sugarcane juice at Lindo’s restaurant costs around 4,000 VND.
After tasting it, a female customer praises the juice for its sweetness and deliciousness. Many customers enjoy their meals with a refreshing glass of sugarcane juice. The couple is busy serving customers and continuously expresses their gratitude.
The lunch crowd at the restaurant continues to grow, with some even taking food home. Lindo also helps his wife by delivering meals to customers living nearby.
After a few hours of opening, Lindo’s restaurant in the market continues to attract many customers for lunch and sugarcane juice. “It’s really busy! We can’t keep up with the orders. Some customers said they had lunch at many different stalls in the county market, but ours is the tastiest and most suitable for their palate,” Lindo shares.
In a recent video, Lindo revealed that they sold out in just an hour and a half due to the influx of customers. The weekend crowd is even more substantial than on weekdays.

Lindo once sold ‘cha la lot’, a popular Vietnamese dish, in an Angolan market.
After watching the videos about the restaurant selling Vietnamese food and sugarcane juice, some netizens commented:
