
From the early morning, people from all over gathered at the Hoai Duc District Gymnasium to participate in the auction of 19 land plots in Tien Yen, Hoai Duc District.

Security checks were stringent, and only those with registration tickets and valid identification were allowed into the auction area.

Many people from neighboring provinces such as Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, and Bac Giang arrived at the auction venue as early as 4 or 5 in the morning.

Mr. H, one of the participants, shared that he intended to bid up to a maximum of VND 60 million per square meter. He would not participate further if the price exceeded this level, as the market price in the nearby area was around this range.

According to the reporter’s observation, the location of the 19 land plots up for auction in Hoai Duc District this time is close to the route of the Ring Road 4.

Speaking to Tien Phong newspaper, a representative from the Hoai Duc District Land Development Center shared that the starting price of VND 7.3 million was determined according to Decree 12, taking into account adjustment factors and the land price framework. The starting price serves as the basis for determining the deposit amount. It is worth noting that for the first auction round of these 19 land plots, there were over 700 sets of documents submitted by 400 interested customers.

Land auctions in Hanoi have been “hot” in recent days, especially after 68 land plots in Ngo Ba, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune, Thanh Oai district (more than 30km from the center of Hanoi) were auctioned off at a price of over VND 100 million per square meter, eight times the starting price.
