A range of cooperation documents were signed between ministries, sectors, and localities of the two countries on this occasion, including:
- Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
- Memorandum of Understanding on Industrial Cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China.
- Certificate of Handover of Project Results for Vietnam’s Standard Gauge Railway Planning from Lao Cai to Hanoi and Haiphong between the Governments of Vietnam and China.
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Health of Vietnam and the National Health Commission of China.
- Memorandum of Understanding between the State Bank of Vietnam and the People’s Bank of China on strengthening cooperation and exchanging information in banking operations.
- Protocol on Plant Quarantine Requirements for Fresh Coconut Exports from Vietnam to China between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam and the General Administration of Customs of China.
- Protocol between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam and the General Administration of Customs of China on Quarantine and Health Requirements for Crocodile Breeding Exports from Vietnam to China.
- Protocol on Plant Quarantine and Food Safety Requirements for Frozen Durian Exports from Vietnam to China between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam and the General Administration of Customs of China.
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam and the National International Development Cooperation Agency of China on promoting cooperation projects in the fields of society and livelihood.
- Letter of Exchange between the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam and the National International Development Cooperation Agency of China on the feasibility study of the Technical Assistance Project for the Standard Gauge Railway Planning from Lang Son to Hanoi and Mong Cai to Ha Long to Hanoi.
- Agreement on Professional Cooperation between the Vietnam News Agency and Xinhua News Agency of China.
- Memorandum of Understanding on enhancing cooperation between Vietnam Television and China Central Television.
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Health of Vietnam and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of China on cooperation in the field of traditional medicine.
- Memorandum of Understanding on the Journalism and Communication Exchange Program between the Vietnam Journalists Association and the All-China Journalists Association for the 2024-2029 period.
Two joint declarations were also made at the signing ceremony:
- Memorandum of Understanding on strengthening cooperation in the fields of economy and trade between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam and the People’s Government of Hainan Province, China.
- Memorandum of Understanding on strengthening cooperation in the fields of economy and trade between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam and the People’s Government of Shandong Province, China.
