According to the memorandum of understanding, FPT will provide comprehensive digital transformation consulting and advanced information technology solutions, cashless payment solutions, and support Prudential in enhancing management efficiency and expanding its scope of operations.
The strategic cooperation between Prudential and FPT demonstrates the commitment of both units to embodying the principle of “putting customers at the center” and leveraging technology to deliver the best experience to customers.
Following the signing, FPT will develop a comprehensive information technology strategy for Prudential, ensuring synchronization and high feasibility in implementation. The partners will prioritize the deployment of solutions that support electronic payments to shorten transaction time through Prudential’s PRUOnline application.
In addition, the two sides will coordinate to implement preferential programs for mutual customers, aiming to provide integrated, convenient, and demand-oriented products and services.
