This is the fourth adjustment decision for the project, which was announced on August 16, 2024. The project was approved in principle and the location was approved by the Provincial People’s Committee on March 24, 2008. The Investment Certificate No. 26121000030 was granted by the Provincial People’s Committee on September 18, 2013, with the second adjustment made on September 18, 2020, and the third on May 25, 2021.

The eco-beach tourism area in Tan Dan commune is invested by Tan & Tan Joint Stock Group. In this adjustment, the project scale has been adjusted as follows: “Project scale (area of about 84.8 ha): investing in the construction of commercial service works, restaurants, convention centers, utility works, hotels, resorts, auxiliary areas… technical infrastructure works, transportation, parking lots, other auxiliary works and landscape areas, greenery, beach sand (specific construction scale of the works will be according to the detailed construction planning, construction permits approved by competent authorities).”
The total investment capital specified in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 1704/QD-UBND dated May 25, 2021, of the Provincial People’s Committee has been adjusted as follows: “Total investment capital of the project: VND 11,096.4 billion, of which: equity capital is VND 2,219.28 billion (20%); borrowed capital and other legal capital mobilization is VND 8,877.12 billion (80%)“. It is known that in Decision 1704, the project has a total investment capital of nearly VND 3,663 billion, of which the owner’s equity is nearly VND 111 billion (20%), and borrowed capital and other legal capital mobilization is over VND 442 billion (80%).
The progress of the project specified in Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 1704/QD-UBND dated May 25, 2021, has been adjusted as follows: Construction commencement: 2nd quarter of 2021; project completion and operation: 2nd quarter of 2026. Previously, Decision 1704 stated that the project is divided into 3 phases, with the construction starting in June 2021 and completion in May 2024.
