
Headquarters of Vietcombank
Vietcombank, one of the most prominent banks in Vietnam, has recently released recruitment announcements for its headquarter in Hanoi.
Specifically, in the announcement dated August 22, the bank, known for offering competitive salaries and attractive benefits, is seeking to hire one Solution Implementation Specialist and four dedicated Project PCM2 Specialists. The deadline for applications is September 3, 2024.
In a separate announcement made on August 23, Vietcombank advertised seven positions for specialists in the fields of Retail Marketing and Retail Customer Policy, all based at the head office. The application deadline for these roles is September 4, 2024.
For all 12 positions mentioned, Vietcombank specified that they will only accept applications from candidates who have graduated from full-time undergraduate programs at recognized universities, as per the bank’s regulations. Holding a Master’s degree or higher is considered an advantageous factor.
Additionally, applicants are required to submit their applications online, along with relevant documentation to support their work experience, if applicable. The bank reserves the right to reject applications that lack sufficient evaluation criteria.
It is important to note that candidates are allowed to apply for only one position within a single unit. Submitting applications for two positions simultaneously within the same unit may result in disqualification from this recruitment round.
Prior to these announcements, on August 15, Vietcombank also advertised five vacancies related to brand management, media and communications, digital content, and executive secretariat, all based at the head office. The deadline for these positions was set as August 28, 2024.
Vietcombank is currently the most profitable bank in Vietnam, consistently ranking first in terms of profit. The bank is renowned for its generous compensation and benefits package, with an average salary and bonus of approximately 41 million VND per person per month for the first half of 2024.
