BBC’s Business Results for the First Half of 2024 |
In terms of business performance, BBC achieved VND 619 billion in net revenue in the first half of 2024, a 39% increase compared to the same period last year. Additionally, operating profit increased by 17% to VND 16 billion, mainly due to a nearly 33-fold increase in unrealized foreign exchange gains, amounting to over VND 6 billion.
As a result, the company earned a net profit of over VND 26 billion, 9.1 times higher than the previous year, despite a 62% increase in selling expenses to nearly VND 133 billion.
For the year 2024, BBC targets VND 1,750 billion in net revenue and over VND 110 billion in pre-tax production and business profits, representing an 18% and 6% increase, respectively, compared to the 2023 results. The company has achieved 36% of its revenue target and 26% of its profit target in the first six months.
