Samsung, in collaboration with the Youth Achievement Organization and Multicampus Education Organization, recently held a closing ceremony for the Technology Talent Development Program – Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) for the academic year 2023-2024.

Kicking off in October 2023, SIC offered technology capacity-building courses for young people aged 13-22, combining direct and online training (E-Learning).

Specifically, the three courses selected this year include Internet of Things (IoT), AI, Big Data, and a basic programming skills course (Coding & Programming – C&P).

After one year of implementation, SIC 2023-2024 has been deployed in 67 schools, from secondary to high school and university levels, corresponding to 21,000 hours of classroom learning and more than 16,000 hours of E-Learning. The program recorded the participation of nearly 6,400 students, nearly doubling the number of students from the previous year’s SIC project.

As part of this event, Samsung also organized an Innovation Tech Challenge, a competition in the form of Micromouse – Robot solving a maze.

The competition saw the participation of 9 university teams and 11 high school teams. In the end, two teams, “Jerry” from Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted (Hanoi) and “DTU30” from Duy Tan University (Danang), excelled and emerged as the winners.
