According to the Reviewed Consolidated Financial Statements for the six months ended June 30, 2024, Sunshine Homes achieved VND 538.3 billion in gross profit from sales and service provision during the first half of 2024.
The company’s financial profit decreased by VND 134.4 billion, and its expenses decreased by VND 32.9 billion compared to the same period in 2023. As of June 30, 2024, Sunshine Homes reported a profit of nearly VND 354 billion.
As of June 30, 2024, Sunshine Homes’ total assets amounted to VND 12,449 billion. The company’s liabilities stood at VND 6,254 billion, a reduction of VND 1,106 billion from the beginning of the year.
On the UPCoM exchange, the SSH stock closed at VND 67,300 per share on August 29, 2024. With 375,000,000 shares in circulation, Sunshine Homes’ market capitalization reached VND 25,237 billion.
Earlier, at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the company announced plans to launch five new real estate projects over three years (2024-2027) with a total expected product value of over VND 200,000 billion.
