Vietnam Post has announced the schedule for pension and social insurance allowance payments during the National Day holiday period, with many localities informing recipients in advance so they can plan their collection time.

For those collecting in person, most provincial and municipal post offices and centers will make the payments from September 4 to September 10 at all payment points.

From September 11 to September 25, payments can be collected at the postal service points or the recipient’s address.

Recipients of pensions and social insurance allowances, or their authorized representatives, must bring the required documents, including the payment card and valid authorization letter, when collecting from the payment points.

September pensions will be paid out from September 4.

For the elderly, infirm, or those unable to collect their payments due to illness or other reasons, the payments will continue to be made promptly at their homes. Vietnam Post will also enhance inspection and supervision during the payment process to handle any issues that may arise.

According to the Vietnam Post representative, the allowance payments are made in a transparent and compliant manner, ensuring that the right recipients receive the correct amounts as per the lists provided by the Social Insurance Agency. The payments are made through a network that is easily accessible to the recipients.
