VinFast Ships First Batch of Left-Hand Drive Electric Vehicles to Indonesia
This shipment of electric vehicles belongs to the left-hand drive line, a first for VinFast in the Indonesian market.

VinFast’s VF34 electric vehicles arrive at Tan Vu Port
Earlier in July, VinFast began construction on an electric vehicle assembly plant in Subang, West Java, Indonesia. The initial investment for this project is approximately $200 million, with an expected annual capacity of 50,000 units. The plant is slated to begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2025.
This facility will produce left-hand drive electric vehicles, including the VF3, VF5, VF6, and VF7 models, specifically for the Indonesian market.
