Vietbank’s audited semi-annual financial report for 2024 showcases positive growth indicators, outperforming the market landscape during the first half of the year. These results are a testament to the collective efforts of the team, led by the bank’s new management. Vietbank remains steadfast in its people-centric approach, now focusing on multi-dimensional and inclusive development.

Regarding our staff, Vietbank has been dedicated to enhancing training programs and attracting top talent. We aim to empower our existing team while infusing fresh, young talent to strengthen our operations. In our recruitment process, we remain committed to our goal of employing 100% local talent, ensuring a strong core team. Additionally, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and benefits, as evidenced by the Board of Directors’ resolution in July 2024 to invest in a new training center and transaction hub in Ho Chi Minh City.

For our investors and shareholders, transparency and respect for individual rights are paramount. Our management and executive team ensure compliance with Vietnamese law and strive to improve our systems to protect investors’ and shareholders’ rights and ensure timely and accurate information access.

When it comes to our clients, Vietbank assumes the role of a trusted advisor, offering tailored financial solutions that meet their unique needs and circumstances. To achieve this, our product development team stays abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and, most importantly, actively seeks feedback from our customers and partners through our extensive network of 118 transaction offices nationwide. Ms. Le Thi Minh Ngoc, Director of the Retail Division, shared, “It is our mission to create programs and products that meet our customers’ needs while ensuring profitability and upholding our commitments to our shareholders and investors. The competitive nature of the financial industry presents both opportunities and challenges, driving our product development team to innovate and excel.”

Vietbank is not only focused on product development but also on enhancing the quality of our customer service, striving for a 5-star standard. We are currently implementing three projects to develop and standardize our customer service: the Secret Customer Project, which evaluates service quality through a neutral third-party partner; a customer satisfaction survey project using QR codes; and a project to build and strengthen our customer service team. Through these initiatives, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless and exceptional experience.

As we continue to elevate our service quality, Vietbank will release a short film showcasing our customer care journey on our official communication channels on September 11, 2024. For more information, please visit www.vietbank.com.vn or our Fanpage: https://www.facebook.com/NH.Vietbank.
