The initial investigation revealed that in 2021, during the process of buying, receiving, and transferring land use rights in Dak Song district and Gia Nghia city, Ms. Thuy declared a lower value on the transfer contract than the actual price to evade taxes and fees payable to the state.
Specifically, Ms. Thuy acquired a land use right in Nghia Thanh ward, Gia Nghia city, with an actual value of VND 9 billion but declared only VND 440 million in the transfer contract, causing a loss of over VND 166 million to the state.
In the transfer of land use rights of four land plots in Nam N’Jang commune, Dak Song district, the actual value was over VND 6.9 billion, but Ms. Thuy declared only VND 400 million in the contract. This action caused a loss of more than VND 119 million to the state.
The case is under further investigation by the Investigative Police Agency of Dak Nong Provincial Public Security.
