A 2024 report by McKinsey & Company revealed that out of 1,363 global businesses surveyed, 72% had implemented Blockchain and AI technologies in their operations. These businesses exhibited significant growth in revenue and profitability, along with improved operational efficiency due to automation and enhanced information security.

However, McKinsey’s survey in Vietnam indicated that many businesses lack the confidence to adopt AI and blockchain due to cost concerns and fears of failure during digital transformation. Notably, businesses tend to change only when faced with intense competitive pressure.

This reluctance has led to Vietnamese businesses falling behind their international competitors in the rapidly evolving technological landscape. The primary reason for this lag is the shortage of financial resources and skilled human capital in these modern technology fields.

This is a concerning reality. Mr. Phan Duc Trung, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Blockchain Association, pointed out that Vietnamese businesses face significant challenges in allocating budgets for technology investments and lack adequately trained personnel in Blockchain and AI for efficient operations.

Sufficient investment in technology will give Vietnamese businesses a competitive edge in the international arena.

Technology experts believe that businesses need to objectively assess their current situation and formulate appropriate development and competitive strategies. Among these, “mindset and personnel readiness are the most important factors, followed by technology solutions and operational processes. Only with a well-prepared and qualified team can businesses master technology solutions in the new context.”

Therefore, training personnel in the practical application of Blockchain and AI is essential for businesses, as these two factors play a pivotal role in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, the market currently lacks comprehensive and specialized training providers in these fields.

Seizing the opportunity, the Scientific Council, comprising 15 professors, doctors, and leading technology experts from the Institute of Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence Technology (ABAII), officially launched MasterTeck. MasterTeck is Vietnam’s leading online learning platform for Blockchain and AI, offering over 300 courses aimed at building individual knowledge and job skills to enhance practical work capabilities and helping businesses address their high-quality human resource needs.

Evaluating the MasterTeck learning platform, Lieutenant General Dang Vu Son, former Chief of the Government Cipher Committee, senior advisor to the Vietnam Blockchain Association, and Vice Chairman of the ABAII Scientific Council, shared his insights: “In terms of knowledge, MasterTeck has a very practical approach, with diverse topics and collaborations with lectures from reputable international organizations. The lecture content includes a wealth of fundamental knowledge presented in a logical structure, enabling newcomers to Blockchain and AI to easily grasp and systematize their understanding.”

With over 120 leading domestic and foreign experts and world-renowned certifications such as CompTIA, EC-Council, and PECB, MasterTeck offers comprehensive solutions in technology, personnel, and operations to help businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, prepare for the digital economy era.

Lieutenant General Dang Vu Son highly appreciated the efforts of the MasterTeck development team in ensuring user privacy and data security. According to Mr. Son, the application is well-aligned with practical needs, offering a diverse range of topics and collaborations with reputable international organizations. Additionally, the lecture content covers essential knowledge presented in a logical structure, making it accessible and comprehensible for newcomers to Blockchain and AI.

However, as the application is still in the testing phase, there are areas that require improvement. Experts have suggested enhancing the user interface for better visual appeal and accessibility across different platforms to cater to diverse user groups. Additionally, ensuring feature integration and compatibility with other systems and platforms is essential for future expansion.
