Notably, the Binh Duong Data Center achieved a remarkable 7.84% energy savings through its water cooling system (chiller) and solar power system. Other centers also exceeded targets, achieving 3-4% electricity savings.

Additionally, 100% of Viettel IDC’s employees use virtual computers on a cloud platform, reducing electricity consumption and electronic waste equivalent to nearly 1,000 PCs/laptops by 88%.

Enhancing Community Responsibility

Viettel IDC continuously enhances its social responsibility by supporting and developing community-oriented projects. In 2023, the company introduced nearly 500 new initiatives related to work policies, productivity improvements, and organized charitable activities, honoring veterans, and promoting social welfare across the country.

With a focus on improving work quality and customer centricity, 97.72% of surveyed customers expressed satisfaction with Viettel IDC’s services and products.

Transparent and Responsible Governance

Governance is the core determinant of Viettel IDC’s success in its journey towards sustainability. Viettel IDC is committed to legal compliance and upholds high standards of business ethics.
