Founder & CEO of Lep’, Nguyen Ngoc Tram, on the evening of November 14, shared a heartfelt letter reflecting on the journey of the “made in Vietnam” fashion brand over the past eight years. Notably, the female CEO also announced that the brand will be closing all its stores on November 30, 2024.

“Every journey has to come to an end, just like every party must eventually wind down and every dream eventually fade. One autumn day in 2024, I thought it was time to put an end to Lep’s eight-year journey,” shared CEO Nguyen Ngoc Tram.

The entrepreneur confessed that she could no longer keep up with the rapidly changing market, with its myriad new fashion styles and products that were both affordable and aesthetically pleasing. In addition, family reasons also played a part in the founder’s decision to bring an end to her eight-year entrepreneurial journey.

Nguyen Ngoc Tram, Founder & CEO of Lep’, also shared in her letter: “There were times when I had to manage 200-300 people, which turned me from a dreamy, cute girl into a grumpy and energy-depleted woman. Ending Lep’ is also an opportunity for me to rest, to find myself again, and to embark on new journeys as a mature woman. This has never been an easy decision.”

Additionally, the CEO of Lep’ revealed that from now until November 30, there will be a flat-price promotion at all stores and online platforms, and customers are advised to use up their reward points this month.

Nguyen Ngoc Tram, born in 1993, graduated from the Foreign Trade University but later switched to a career in fashion. Established in 2017, Lep’ currently has 17 branches across the three regions of Vietnam. The fashion brand rose to fame with its viral clips on social media, carrying the message of “how can we make women happier?” to encourage women to live a happier and more colorful life…
