According to information from the People’s Committee of Que Vo Town, in June, Commercial and Construction Investment Development Joint Stock Company Truong Thinh registered to be the investor in the construction of technical infrastructure of Que Tan industrial cluster in Que Tan Ward, Que Vo Town, Bac Ninh Province. The project scale is about 45ha, with a total investment of over VND 526 billion. Truong Thinh Company was established in 2024 in Bac Ninh with an initial charter capital of VND 60 billion. The founding shareholders include Mr. Nguyen Van Thang holding 45%, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hao 40%, and Mr. Nguyen Quang Huu (Director and legal representative) 15%. In mid-May this year, the company raised its capital to VND 275 billion.
In May, the People’s Committee of Thuan Thanh Town received a dossier proposing the establishment of the Nghia Dao industrial cluster with an area of 75ha, belonging to Tram Lo Ward and Nghia Dao Commune. Industrial and Commercial Construction Joint Stock Company Quang Minh is the unit that applied to be the project investor. The expected industries to be attracted include mechanics, garment and footwear. Quang Minh Company was established in Hanoi in 2023 with a charter capital of VND 150 billion contributed by 3 individuals, including Ms. Trinh Thi Thuy An (General Director and legal representative) 50%, Ms. Le Thi Kim Oanh 45%, and Mr. Le Xuan Anh 5%. In February 2024, the company raised its capital to VND 400 billion.
In April, the People’s Committee of Yen Phong District received a dossier proposing the establishment of the Tam Da – Dung Liet 1 industrial cluster with an area of over 74.2ha from Phu An Kinh Bac Limited Company. The project is located in Dung Liet and Tam Da communes, Yen Phong district. The enterprise was founded in 2020 with a capital of VND 50 billion by Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa holding 35% and Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Tu holding 70%. Currently, the company has a capital of VND 350 billion, in which Nhat Dat Tien Company holds 55% and Ms. Hoa (Director and legal representative) holds 45%.
Previously, in March, the People’s Committee of Yen Phong District received a dossier proposing the establishment of the Tam Da – Dung Liet 2 industrial cluster, with an area of over 51ha, also located in Dung Liet and Tam Da communes. Construction Joint Stock Company An Binh is the unit that sent the dossier for establishment. An Binh Company was founded by Ms. Nguyen Thi My and Ms. Nguyen Thi Uyen in 2009, with a capital contribution ratio of 77.75% and 22.2%, respectively, on a charter capital of VND 4.5 billion. The latest update in March this year is that the enterprise has increased its capital to VND 358 billion, with Ms. My as the Director and legal representative.
According to Decision No. 1589/QD-TTg dated 2023 of the Prime Minister approving the master plan for Bac Ninh province in the period of 2021 – 2030, with a vision to 2050, in the plan for the development of industrial clusters, Bac Ninh province is expected to have 30 industrial clusters, distributed and arranged in a reasonable space on the basis of environmental protection, economical and effective use of land and other resources. Of these, 13 industrial clusters are implementing investment procedures and constructing technical infrastructure; 9 newly established industrial clusters; and 20 industrial clusters were removed from the planning.
