On August 5, International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company LOF (Stock Code: IDP) announced a change in personnel, specifically, the Board of Directors of IDP appointed Mr. Doan Huu Nguyen as CEO, replacing Mr. Bui Hoang Sang, effective August 5, 2025.

Mr. Doan Huu Nguyen, born in 1977, has many years of experience at IDP and is currently a member of the Board of Directors.

In the past, Mr. Doan Huu Nguyen used to work as Marketing Manager at Kido Joint Stock Company from 2003 to 2006. He then moved to the position of Marketing Manager at PepsiCo Vietnam Food Company Ltd. for the next three years.

From July 2009 to July 2010, he served as Executive Director at Left Brain Connectors Company. He then took on the role of Marketing Manager at A Chau Food Company Ltd. and later became Marketing Director at Cau Tre Corporation.

In November 2013, Mr. Nguyen joined IDP as Marketing Manager until April 2016. He then returned to PepsiCo Vietnam as Marketing Director until February 2018.

Since February 2018, Mr. Nguyen has served as Executive Director of IDP and was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2021. In addition to IDP, Mr. Nguyen is currently also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Long Thanh Dairy Joint Stock Company.

In terms of business results, in the second quarter of 2025, IDP recorded an after-tax loss of over 36 billion VND. For the first six months of 2025, IDP reported an after-tax profit of nearly 71 billion VND, down 86% over the same period.
